We are avid Vegas go-ers, so we decided to give South Beach a try. As soon as we got there it was mandatory to sanitize and be wearing a mask.

We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Any questions we had were answered with friendliness. We joined the Players Club and that was really easy too.

Walking into ANY room at the Casino ie. Workers were cleaning machines constantly. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and we never had to wait in any line up.

The food was all delicious as well. The restaurant staff were friendly and really accommodating it got really busy at times.

Our room was a suite and it was huge!! We really enjoyed the spacious living room area. All in all, our experience was above and beyond any expectations we may have had and we are already planning our next mini-vacation at South Beach.

Special thanks to Brianne, Sabrina, Suzanne, and Cam who really made us feel welcome and made our trip so enjoyable!

Spent three nights at South Beach and can't say enough about how great the experience was. From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, we were treated royally.

The rooms were exceptional having been sanitized prior to our stay. There were no items in the room, ie coffee maker, ironing board, iron due to COVID, but all items were quickly brought on request.

The casino said the floor plans in Mango's Restaurant and Blue Dolphin Lounge are being re-designed to provide social distancing. Extra hand sanitizing units have been added to the Club Regent Casino and the McPhillips Station Casino, with hand sanitizing wipes available at key areas including customer service and cashier booths.

Table games have also been cancelled at Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino and the Shark Club Gaming Centre until further notice.

MBLL said all shows at the Club Regent Event Centre have been postponed for the next 30 days. People who have bought tickets can find information on the MBLL website in the coming days.
